Personalized Guided Meditation Recording with Phone Consultation
During your phone consultation, you will be asked a series of questions to clarify where you want to focus. After the call, you will receive a personalized meditation, professionally recorded by Stacey. The recordings are between 10โ15 minutes long, and your meditation will be emailed to you in MP3 format within three days of your initial consultation. Guided meditations are beneficial in many areas, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, weight loss, sleep, and financial abundance.
