Sound Baths are held indoors and last for 1-hour. Payment of $20 at the door is accepted through Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or cash. There are chairs available or you can lay on the floor. If you would like to lay down please bring your yoga mat and whatever you’ll need to have a comfortable experience. Water and wearing layers are recommended.
